His material is largely autobiographical and reflects his experiences growing up in the saddle and performing in cowboy hang-outs around the Northwest. In the 1970s Baker, OR was home to numerous live music venues. LTEC began performing professionally at the Stirrup Room in the Geiser Grande Hotel in 1963. Music and lyric have been the driving force in his life ever since, whether writing and performing music in venues around the northwest, writing and producing radio copy, or creating and reciting cowboy poetry at gatherings in Oregon, Idaho, and Washington.
