Beltaine Variety Bands Beltaine is a Northwest music trio that features towhammered dulcimer, guitar, flute, and marimbula. We perform traditional and Celtic music. We can play background music, music for ceremonies, as well as dances and sing-alongs. Dulciemr is lively and energetic and it the perfect addition to any event! Belltaine has performed together for about 5 years. We perform thoughout the Northwest at many events including; Yachats Celtic Music Festival, Portland Wine and Arts Festival, Northwest Folklife, Tryon Creek State Park Summer Concert Series, Scappoose Concerts in the Park, Pittock Mansion Holiday Music Program, and many local farmers markets and local music festivals. Shurtleff Music and Electronics (Leather and Lace) see above (once again) Lonnie Shurtleff �The Eclectic Cowboy� - Cowboy Balladeer, Poet, Storyteller, grew up in the Owyhee Desert running wild horses and in Eastern Oregon�s Blue Mountains running cattle. It was �Wild horses and saddles and rawhide riatas��, then he discovered guitars! His material is largely autobiographical and reflects his experiences growing up in the saddle and performing in cowboy hang-outs around the Northwest. In the 1970s Baker, OR was home to numerous live music venues. LTEC began performing professionally at the Stirrup Room in the Geiser Grande Hotel in 1963. Music and lyric have been the driving force in his life ever since, whether writing and performing music in venues around the northwest, writing and producing radio copy, or creating and reciting cowboy poetry at gatherings in Oregon, Idaho, and Washington. Roundhouse Band Roundhouse is a long-lived Bluegrass and acoustic band in the Pacific Northwest. The individuals and organizations who have hired us in the past ask us back year after year. We offer a wide selection of music genres performed with bluegrass instrumentation and 2, 3 and 4 part harmony vocals.
